| 抄録: | In recent years, language pedagogy has been turning away from particular methods in favor of teaching by principles. The application of these principles in a particular context helps to answer the question: "What is effective teaching?" This paper offers a reflection on teaching experience in a senior high school in Osaka, in light of findings from second language acquisition (SLA) research. Factors such as classroom management, quality of materials, and language acquisition strategies are considered along with final recommendations. |
