| 抄録: | The Super English Language High School (SELHi) program is one of the measures theMinistry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology (MEXT) formulated in 2003to promote innovative English education in senior high schools. The results of this projectin model SELHi schools are reported in MEXT Forums and others. However, fewpresentations and papers have summarized and critically evaluated the project leader’s rolein the SELHi projects. This paper seeks to fill this gap, reviewing strategies for progress inthe SELHi project and pointing out the important roles of the leader. |
