| 抄録: | Sweeping changes are being made in Japan's legal system in response to fast paced changes in society. Although some will disagree that these changes should provide a basis for including legal classes into OJJC's curriculum, there can be a strong argument made for including these classes. Grounded in this belief, this paper explores areas of the law that could be included in the curriculum based on proposed goals and then proposes a strategy for designing a curriculum to help meet these goals. |
