| 抄録: | Many adults believe reading picture books with children is beneficial for children. However, the methods they use will affect children's language and literacy skills. Dialogic reading developed by Whitehurst et. al (1988) shows an effective way that adults can interact with young children during joint picture book-reading in order to achieve the most language development. This paper first summarizes research findings about book-reading activities and introduces a book-reading procedure using dialogic reading. |
