| 抄録: | The purpose of this article is to examine and evaluate the progress in nuclear disarmament
based on the action plans agreed upon by consensus at the 2010 NPT Review Conference and elaborate what kind of measures should be taken toward a successful 2015 NPT Review Conference. The circumstances surrounding nuclear disarmament are deteriorating with the loss of trust between the U.S. and Russia as well as between the nuclearweapon states and nonnuclearweapon states, many of which are now arguing for a humanitarian approach to nuclear disarmament. |
